I was out on a walk today, and I was thinking, "Gosh, this really makes me happy. Look how sunny it is." It's not exactly very warm here today, but it's super sunny.
What I want to talk to you about is: do the things that you love, and make sure you do them often.
Now, there is a fine balance between just skiving off and restricting yourself to thinking, "No, I must get this done, and I must get this done," and punishing yourself until every last little bit of your business is done.
Because you know what?
I'm here to tell you that business is never done. So own it, proclaim it now, and know that even if you did everything on your to-do list, something else would come up.
So I want you to work on what brings you joy. Because when you're in a place of joy, that is when money and sales and clients flow to you, because you're open to receiving. To do that, you do need to do the things that you love.
I love getting outside, but that doesn't mean you need to as well. You might love knitting or crafting or pottery or walking your dog or giving your kids hugs or cooking or skydiving or painting the outside of your house.
Whatever it might be, I want you to do what makes you happy every single day for a few minutes a day, so that you can feel that joy, feel that ease, and know that these things will all help to bring more sales into your business—more joy into your day-to-day life.
What you focus on grows, so if you're focusing on the things that you love doing and enjoy and take time for them every day, then your business will grow, too.
Remember, you're only one sale away from the rich and relaxed lifestyle, and we're here to help you get there.
