27. How to market like a magnet: Attract the right people - Ditch the need to sell.
Self-proclaimed ‘ProudestBrit’ doing business online, the one and only Chris Ducker joins me today to shed some much-needed light on HOW to actually SELL your products and services.

Chris is as real as it comes and his audience knows him through and through. They send him Pokemon cards, Single Malt Scotch, and know he hates nothing more than stepping on Lego at 6 in the morning. Chris does what he teaches… He lets his personal brand, marketing like a magnet as he calls it, do the heavy lifting for him and 9 out of 10 times even makes ‘closing the sale’ unnecessary. What's the secret?
[04:48] I still believe in the most important asset in your business is the people that are working in the business, which is why I place a very, very big premium on looking after your people first and foremost, then your existing clients, and then new clients.
[09:37] People are actually gonna end up doing business with you because of you, not because of your product or your service or your offering or your fancy email funnel or how great you look on social media. All of that is believe it or not 100% irrelevant.
[15:06] Don't worry about the close. Because if you prospect and you qualify properly, do those two things right and you are way more likely to close the sell because you're talking to the right person in the first place.
I believe in being unapologetically YOU. This doesn't just attract all the people you SHOULD be doing business with, which are all the people that you can genuinely help and serve. But at the exact same time, something literally miraculous happens just like a magnet. It repels the people that ARE NOT a good fit for you, your style, and what you have to offer.
